I can't seem to add a security exception for a new account.

STR:

1) Add a new IMAP account that has a self-signed certificate

Expected: I get a security dialog that allows me to add exception.
Actual: I get a security dialog, but the possibility to add an exception is disabled.
Severity: normal → major
