Environment: FF nightly 07/20 on Windows 8
Steps to reproduce:
1 Use any service requiring access gUM access to mic or camera (tested on Loop and talky.io)
2 Grant Cam or mic or both through gUM prompt (or just accept an incoming call if you are on Loop)
3 Access to mic and Cam is granted fine and a weird list of icons appears on the left of the bookmark bar (see screen shot)
You can click the icon to access the apps having gUM access.

It seems similar, but bug 1040810 was (as far as I understand it) Mac-only. I've just checked with Gijs, and he think the fix there should also fix it for Windows.
We will ask QA to verify the fix on Windows too.
