1042203 - Enable Google-friendly free/busy calendar links

When I set my calendar settings to 
"Allow both internal and external users to see my free/busy information"

I am able to send the following links to people to allow them to view my calendar without needing to authenticate with Zimbra:

iCal: https://mail.mozilla.com/home/[e-mail]?fmt=ifb
html: https://mail.mozilla.com/home/[e-mail]?fmt=freebusy

However, Google Calendar, for whatever reason, will not import the .ics version using the above link.

It will import using the following:
https://mail.mozilla.com/home/[e-mail]/CBT%20Working%20Groups

In order to do that on our instance of Zimbra, one has to make their entire calendar public, which they may want to do. 

On my personal Zimbra account, hosted else where, the html and ics links work regardless of if I have explicitly shared my entire calendar or simply free/busy status:

Are we able to do this for our Zimbra?

e.g. enable these links with out having to explicitly share a whole calendar publicly? (Just free/busy status.)
