Previously we had "not-downloaded" icon in the report view (see attachment) that indicated that MMS hasn't been downloaded yet.

Bug 961574 regressed this, and now we don't display this info anymore.

Checked with Flame v1.4, v2.0, current master.
Here is how issue looks like in v1.4
[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:
Asking for blocker status since it's a regression.
blocking-b2g: --- → 1.4?
Please, note that UX is going to remove "not-downloaded" indicator from report panel in v2.1 anyway. So maybe it's not that critical...
This is 2.1 feature, thus, remove from 1.4
blocking-b2g: 1.4? → backlog

Yep, I think so!
