Previously we had "not-downloaded" icon in the report view (see attachment) that indicated that MMS hasn't been downloaded yet. Bug 961574 regressed this, and now we don't display this info anymore. Checked with Flame v1.4, v2.0, current master.

Please, note that UX is going to remove "not-downloaded" indicator from report panel in v2.1 anyway. So maybe it's not that critical...
