Found on Flame 2.0 User build w/ 2014-07-24 02:15:01 build

### STR
1. Launch camera app.
2. Switch to front facing camera.
3. Turn the camera into landscape mode.
4. Take selfie.

5. Turn the camera into portrait mode.
6. Take selfie.

### Actual results:
Photo taken in step 4 appears upside down in gallery. Photo taken in step 6 doesnt.

### Expected results:
Dont rotate my photos.
