Most important place: https://webmaker.org/en-US/admin/badges and arguably include it within each badge queue, i.e. https://webmaker.org/en-US/admin/badges/webmaker-super-mentor as a little info box or something.

Agree with what Michelle says. We should also link to this any time we email the Webmaker list or write a blog post about issuing badges. :-)

Flagging Kate to add the link to the Badge Admin page. Suggested: As a persisting sidebar or info box on Badge Admin pages, include <a href="https://wiki.mozilla.org/Webmaker/Badges/Issuing"> Get advice </a> on how to issue badges.
