1. change language on device to arabic
2. reboot the phone
3. launch browser

Expected : 
either 1> or the tab tray and tab tray number to be on the left side
Actual: 
<1 and the tab tray is still on the right side.

I am no expert at RTL; Having said that I think the spacing seems to be off for the URL bar...  Is there any way that we can flip the location of the tab numbers to the left side?
