Knife goes in, guts come out, that's what migrating to system browser is all about!

Remove all unnecessary code from the browser app that is not related to either moving bookmarks/places or uninstalling itself. This gives us a minimal surface to test in order to make sure nothing else changes.

Kinda ended up making my meta bugs a little /too/ small. Doing this as a couple of patches over in bug 38171 with the rest of the migration work.
