nsinstall: cannot copy c:\builds\moz2_slave\try-w32-d-00000000000000000000\build\nsprpub\lib\ds\plhash.h to c:\builds\moz2_slave\try-w32-d-00000000000000000000\build\obj-firefox\dist\include\nspr\plhash.h: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I may be going crazy, but I think I have started to see errors like this very recently locally too.
