Details
1. Go to twitter in the browser. (Or use the app in the marketplace if you prefer)
2. view your timeline
3. try to pull down to refresh.
Expected
Pull down refresh with the corresponding UI feedback
Observed
Often it just overscroll down the whole browser / app. Sometime it works. It is hard to figure out.

Yup. It's a dupe of that bug.
