:sheppy brought this up in IRC and we made https://github.com/mozilla/kuma/pull/2601 for immediate deploy. It will hide the redirect messages from readers and only show them to admin users.

I pushed https://github.com/mozilla/kuma/pull/2601 to production so it's not shown to readers except site admins.

:jezdez says a fix has been pushed to production, and that only people with the redirects flag turned on can see this.
