STR:
1) Set browser.tabs.remote.autostart;true
2) Open the testcase (data URI) and click on the link "Download via Save As File Dialogue".
Result:
An alert box is displayed with the save dialog box:
"C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Temp\OsYSQ7Gg.xml.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.
Try again later, or contact the server administrator."
Expected:
The alert box shouldn't be displayed, only the save dialog box.

FF 33.0.2 Win 8.1 64 I'm getting this, but on only some links. Tried safe mode, anti-virus off. Checked temp folder permissions, even changed to new temp folder.
Only example I have is a commercial download but I've verified download works in another browser. Temp file is correct size (448kb), so actual download is good.
Problem URL (won't work without login, here just in case there's a clue in there):
http://www.aclmanager.net/download/aclmanager/246/com_aclmanager_v246?format=raw
I'm not able to reproduce the bug, I guess it has been fixed in a recent Nightly.
