Anybody know where the key to the power sequencer in the Commons AV Rack is? It doesn't help to have a power sequencer in the rack if you can't use it to power cycle the rack when troubleshooting.
Hi Richard... busy Bugzilla day for you. I believe the key is attached to the cable on the rear of the unit, or has been placed on the top of the unit in the rear (let me know if this is not the case, and I can find one for you. It has purposely been moved to an inaccessible location so that it would not be used to power cycle all devices at once. Cycling devices in an orderly state, rather than every device at once is advisable, so as to allow the IP connections to be established as individual devices come online
