10480 - Problem with authentication chrome

Description

When I click on "Add, update, or remove your website listing" link, I get a
pop-up window (about the size of a username / password one), but it never
displays the dialog!

Using NT 4 SP 3 & Moz Mile 8

Authenication not hooked up in m9. I am marking this a duplicate of 12043. I
expect that when Necko starts putting up dialogs that they should draw but I
might be being a bit optimistic.
