(Whiteboard: [bcp47])

https://www.iana.org/assignments/language-subtag-registry/language-subtag-registry includes a Suppress-Script entry for many languages to document the script that is generally used for writing that language. Our langGroups.properties seeks to map languages to scripts, too.

Before I gave up comparing the lists visually, I noticed that at least the following Latin-script languages are missing a mapping in langGroups.properties:
in
mo
frr
frs
gsw
men
nds

We should systematically check for languages that have a script mapping in the IANA registry but not in langGroups.properties and add entries to langGroups.properties for those languages.

Previously: bug 178491, bug 437276. See also bug 854042.
Note that the data is already available in isolated form:

We don't support langGroups.properties anymore.
