STR:
1. Open Firefox
2. Set media.getusermedia.screensharing.enabled to true
3. Open http://queze.net/goinfre/ff_gum_test.html in a new tab
4. Click Audio & Video
5. Click Share Selected Devices
6. Click and hold the click on Firefox icon from global indicator
7. Move from left to right fast
Expected result: The indicator follows the cursor
Actual result: The indicator remains stuck if it`s moved faster.
Notes:
1. If you release the click and hover over the Firefox icon the global indicator will move, If you click again on it and hold the click and then move the indicator (fast) It will keep up (not every time works from first try).
2. Reproduced only on Windows platform.

I think the problem here is that the window doesn't receive the mousemove events any more once the cursor is out of the window.

Yes. I don't know that we can really do anything about this from the frontend side; AFAIK there is no way to listen for screen-wide mouse events in our platform.

We no longer show the legacy WebRTC indicator on windows. Instead we use a tray icon.
