Details

The global WebRTC sharing indicator can be dragged along the top of the screen. However, when moving the mouse out of the indicator while dragging, the indicator gets stuck and doesn't move anymore until the mouse is over the indicator again. Expected behavior: The indicator should follow the horizontal position of the mouse while dragging, regardless of whether or not the mouse pointer is over the indicator.
