press TAB after email address is entered: cursor does not jump into email-subject-field

Steps to reproduce:
compose new email
enter the address into the To-Field
press TAB
Actual results:
cursor jumps to the next To-Field
Expected results:
In the previous version (30?) the cursor jumped directly to the email-subject-field.
Now I have to press TAB twice in order to get there.
If I wanted to enter a second recipient in the old version, I would have pressed ENTER.
Maybe this is just a difference between the windows and the Linux version?
I will try to find a windows machine and check this soon!
Strangely I did not find the older post yesterday...
