Two options I see: 1) Repo hook triggers vcs sync to convert new changesets 2) When hg publisher is working again, vcs sync can subscribe to hg change events I raise this because we are constantly polling several hg repos to look for changes, and hg is suffering under current load. This could potentially help address hg performance issues by vcs sync only pulling when there are changes. At least worth investigating.
