Steps to reproduce:

I had, maybe, 10 tabs (emails) open. I deleted an email from the Trash folder and a message popped up asking if I wanted to Compact the email folders. I clicked Yes and the Compact Folders process commenced.
When it completed, all of my open tabs were gone - except for the InBox tab.
I keep those tabs (emails) open as reminders of tasks I need to get to later. When you close them, I lose those reminders.
Compacting Folders should not change the status of the user interface.

Expected results:

I would expect that if I had a tab open when the Compact Folders process begins, that folder would still be open when it completes.
