While a webpage loads the screen should be white #ffffff not black.  Is this possible?  See attached screen for current implementation.

Hey Ben, Chris - Could either of you guys give this a review? I also took the opportunity to add what is probably an over-engineered test for 3 lines of CSS, but it gives us the opportunity to use the HTTP serve with rocketbar, and builds out the server logic which will be useful for future tests. Let me know what you think.

Integration tests are looking a little on the red side

Yeah, this was a calendar intermittent that likes to fail at a certain time of the day funnily enough. I believe this test passed every time though, and should be solid to land. Thanks for the review.

I can also see this problem with installed webapps, that are loading, I filed bug 1093671 for it.
