On OS X 10.10, in Finder and other native apps, when focusing a text field, the blue focus rectangle initially animates out from the text field. We should probably (ideally) do the same.

FYI, Safari doesn't do that.

Not for web content, but it does for all the textboxes in its own UI. We should do the same for XUL, ideally.

I don't think this bug is relevant any more now that we mostly don't attempt to render native UI widgets. The way we handle rendering focus in content and chrome seems fine.
