Aside from several interface changes, I can't set alerts without a sound--even when the sounds alert is not selected--and it only works on one of my email accounts.

Selected alerts without sound
Actual results:
alerts only worked with one email and still got sound
Expected results:
should have gotten alerts on both accounts with no sound
