We're almost ready to flip the switch and require the Android v7 support libraries and Play Services; let's try not to break Eclipse users when we do so.
Testing this requires the about-to-land R.java patch for the Search Activity resources, and flipping the switch in mobile/android/confvars.sh (MOZ_NATIVE_DEVICES=1). Then you should get more Eclipse projects, after which you can import, refresh, clean build, and deploy to the device. I haven't verified that the resulting APK actually works with a ChromeCast, but I ran into lots of other linking errors that are now addressed, so I'm quite confident. bnicholson, liuche: if one of y'all could review, that would be great. I'm pretty sure wesj isn't an Eclipse user.
