Details
Steps to reproduce:
1- Click on a textfield
2- Choose either the English (en) or Portuguese (pt) keyboard
3- Try to type an ellipsis "…"
Expected results:
The ellipsis would be either listed as an option among the other punctuation displayed when holding the "." key, or at least available in the numeric or alt screens
Actual results:
You cannot find a way to input "…" as one single char and have to fallback to using 3 dots, which may make your tweets 2 characters shorter

Looks like a reasonable request that I could find this key in Android stock keyboard.

I want to do this with bug 1053672 after we have conclusion in that bug.
