+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1038843 +++
Turning on this feature in nightly is done in mobile/android/confvars.sh. This bug is the on switch for that feature.
Carrying over :nalexander r+ from bug 1038843.
This patch conditionally turns on the stumbler feature in nightly only.

That won't get it on the relnotes. This product needs the tracking flag relnote-firefox. Filed bug 1082840 to get the flag.

[Suggested wording]: Firefox for Android include a way to share Wi-Fi and cellular location of your device to improve Mozilla's geolocation service. To enable this feature, open Firefox for Android's Settings menu and, in the "Mozilla" settings section, check the contribution option under Data Choices.
