Details
Query mechanism not working after we install Bugzilla for our own site.
Here are the errors:
Content-type: text/html
Software error:
Can't use string ("") as an ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use
at /www/bugz/query.cgi line 295.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@bigbearnetworks.com),
giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

This was fixed in 2.14.
