Steps to reproduce:

In writing a new messages, I click on Write, then in the To: box.... 


Actual results:

As soon as I type the first letter, it locks up TB.  The top says (Not Responding) and then after about 15 seconds it goes away and then I can type the rest of the name and the list comes up.


Expected results:

After I type the first letter it should start sorting the list.  After the second and 3rd letter it should sort the list down even closer to the possibilities of names on my address book.  This only started with version 31.
