Because the rocket bar is expanded on the homescreen, we should add an exception and show the maximised status bar instead of the minimised one.

I just spoke with kgrandon, and it sounds like the mini-rocketbar is coming back for the homescreen in 2.1. In which case, we don't need this patch.
