User clicks on the snippet, the link display menu gets pulled down in the Chrome.

Please note this is all pending on what's happening on the UX/product side for functionality- I will make sure to link the correct UX/Product functionality bug for each scenario. Also Holly recommended that whomever works on this to work closely with Alex Gibson.
