105715 - Filtering on "Sender" doesn't work

Creating a filter based on the "Sender" doesn't appear to work.  If I want to
create a filter which which puts all mail from the Linux Kernel mailing list,
the most reliable method is to use the "Sender:" tag in the header.  All email
on the list has this tag:

Sender:
[e-mail]

Filtering on To: or Cc: doesn't work because a lot of people somehow manage to
send mail to the list with bad To: or Cc: fields.

I think this is a duplicate of bug 40934.  Our list of criteria uses the From
header.

You should be able to utilize custom headers, though, now that it's implemented?
