 Description: Get vouching to become recognition by "vouching for impact" in 2014. Have vouch descriptions serve as recognition in addition to documenting a person's contributions.
Goal served: Support mozillians.org as a vehicle for recognition
Time frame

    Q3:
        [done 08/21] Document how to and when to write a "testimonial vouch" initial edits here    https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mozillians/Vouching 
    Q4:
        Socialize and drive to 1/3 of new vouches are "testimonials"
        1) Call to action on Monday Meeting [done 08/25]
        2) Yammer/email list request to share of best vouches to increase adoption
        3) Create and award "Best Vouch" to 10 people based on item 2 but end Q4. 

        Create an opt in privacy setting around vouching so that vouches can be shared publicly-- this is for the Community Tools team to do, and is noted here as information.  We can track the status of this part here, or wherever Willaim R decides.  Just reference that bug here when filed please.

Blob on About:Community explaining on how to use vouching as recognition and why you should do that. 

Cross post link to Yammer/Community Building email list request to share of best vouches to increase adoption

Asks:
1) in blog ask people to vouch meaningfully
2) if they have gotten a meaningful vouch, that made them feel good, ask them to comment on blog and share
