My MSE testcase at:
http://people.mozilla.org/~cpearce/simple-dash/
Only plays through the first 10 seconds of the media. If you load that page in IE, it gets through all 60s.
This page splits bruce.mp4 up into an init segment, and 7 fragments after that. I'd guess we're only playing the first fragment.

After discussing with Eric, it is a 2.1+ blocker. But it doesn't block feature.
No longer blocks: MSE-FxOS

This is actually a consequence of the problem in bug 1076719. Applying the patch there will fix this problem.
