Menu actions :
Clock opens Stopwatch
Stopwatch opens Alarm

This appears fixed in 2.2. The page order (in Arabic) is Stopwatch - Timer - Alarm, which is the opposite of what it is in an LTR language (Alarm - Timer - Stopwatch).
