User Story
As a user, I want a way to launch the task manager from the Browser app so that I can get to my recent browsing sessions. Acceptance Criteria: 1. Invoking the task manager from the method described in the UX spec launches the task manager. 2. The interaction/visual design matches the UX spec.

Hey guys, since this needs a new string we have to land it by Sep 2nd if we want it included.
I've also cleaned up the existing strings in the menu to match the UX spec and l10n requirements. We don't need to change the keys here because it's only for polishing the english locale and does not impact other locales. Please take a look if you have time, thanks!
