Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 3 different apps.
2. Long press the home button.

Expected Results:
The last app should be at the left of the list.

Actual Results:
The last app is at the right, just like in a LTR layout.

RTL triage: P3 -- this bug is not prioritized for inclusion in the 2.2 release.

The cards in Task Manager should remain the same as that in LTR language and the last app should be at the right of the list.

Note: this is true for v2.1 and v2.2. It was not true for v.20m and will not be true for v2.5 where we will reverse the order for RTL locales

Thanks for Sam's reply, and reopen the bug for v2.5.
This issue can be reproduced on latest AriesKK v2.5 and FlameKK v2.5 build.

This issue cannot be reproduced on latest FlameKK&AriesKK v2.5 build by the same STR in comment 0.
