I haven't tried CSS Filters + -moz-element before. We should see what happens and add a test.

I have no idea. https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering:Autoland says something about whiteboard tags, but this bug doesn't have any... maybe dminor did a try push with a typo in the bug number?
