This one reduce the overpaint of the scrolling part of the day view and the week view.

For the master and v2.1 branches, there is no `apps/calendar/style/week_view.css` anymore after the 5 day week view work[1].

Miller, could you help to review the patch?

and we also wont have the day_views.css in the near future (see Bug 1052960) so I don't think it's worth to merge this patch for now.

we simplified the week view structure (uses way less divs than before), but I did not check the layer tree, so not sure if we need a new patch or not..
