This just adds -moz-appearance: -moz-mac-vibrancy-light for the sidebar. This -moz-appearance type is not supported on 10.9 and below, so on those systems the regular background style is used.

This can only land once bug 1051522 has landed, as otherwise the extra CSS will cause parsing failures which will (should!) turn mochitest-bc orange.
Please file a followup bug for the subpixel antialiasing.
