In bug 1054995 we had to copy-and-paste some HTML from the details.html fragment into phone_details.html and email_details.html since the build system doesn't support nested fragments.

Once bug 1060076 lands and we have support for nested elements, we should remove this duplicated code and load phone_details.html and email_details.html in the contacts app.
