Once the SMS is parsed we need to check if the submitted password is correct. The passphrase should be hashed and compared with the hash stored in the DB

Implementation tested. Password check working correctly. Also problem with RPP settings change observers reported for #1060162 is fixed - see attached file 1060163.log.
