We'd like to be able to get browser-chrome tests running for e10s soon. To do that, we need to disable tests that are currently failing.

Here are some recent try runs that I've done with these patches. I've been able to get opt tests pretty green. However, debug tests fail pretty frequently with "some-random-test | leaked 1 window(s) until shutdown [url = about:blank]". I haven't had time to track these down. That won't stop us from getting opt tests going though.
