STR: 
1. Enable USB storage and select MTP
2. USB Plugin in 
3. Check the folder name show on PC

Expect result:
There should be friendly default storage name for both internal storage and SD card, so that when user plugged in the device, they can quickly find the storage by name

Actual result:
Show folders: "sdcard"(means internal storage) and "external"(means SD card) which are not easy for user to recognize

* it shows internal storage & SD card in phone media storage page.
* it shows sdcard & external in PC

It cannot be done in gecko.

Take frame for example, we get the name from "fstab.qcom", which is not belong to gecko.
This file is from qualcomm.

In v2.0 version, we can't find MTP support in system. if just under mass storage mode, it's possible to custom Internal SD name not external. cause that this name is bind into SD file system info. we can't custom directly by code.
