Not sure if this is a bug, but I found this a non expected behaviour as a user. Using master (dd264985a94f63a10a6270a4088cd6ea8e513aac) STR: 1.- Create multiple notifications (with screenshots, for example) 2.- Pull down the utility tray 3.- Try to scroll in the notifications section Expected: You can scroll to see all your notifications Actual: When trying to scroll, the swipe event on one of the notifications is detected so you can only move horizontally (the scrollbar is actually visible if you create more notifications with the tray opened)
