User Story
As a Helpee, I can start typing a question, so that answer suggestions are offered to me before I submit the question. Acceptance criteria: * Suggestions are displayed if at least X words are entered * Suggestions can be help articles or solved discussion threads * Suggestions are hidden if less than X words are displayed * Suggestions are updated as words are added/amended * If no matching suggestion is available, nothing is displayed * A maximum of Y suggestions are displayed, the user can scroll through the list to see more * A suggestion display is made of the first X characters of the question followed by “...” if the question has more than X characters, the date of the question submission and the number of comments * Only previously solved questions questions can be displayed
