Currently, the mobile ID service seems not reachable, see bug 1061583. 

Str:
- git clone https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/firefoxos-loop-client.git
- Install loop client, using about:app-manager
- Tap on 'Use Phone number' -> the Mobile ID dialog appears
- Tap on 'Share' -> Connecting apears

Actual result:
- After a long wait, I get the see a dialog:

Mobile Identity
There seems to be a problem with your verification code. Let's try once again!
"

Expected result:
- A dialog with the text:
"
Mobile Identity
The Mobile ID verification server could not be reached. Try again/Cancel?
"
..or something like that.
