seen on Linux commercial build 2001-10-23-08-trunk (this is the only build out so far this morning I will update the Platform/OS if it shows on others) -Attempt to switch themes with View | Apply Theme -Relaunch the app expected behavior: the app is skinned with the new theme tested behavior: the theme remains as it was.
This may be related to the checkin for bug 103883 (see jag's comments.) If so, it's mine...
it's on mac commercial 2001-10-23-08-trunk changed Platform/OS to all
