This page is handled very poorly by mozilla (2001101909) for some reason. It's very inefficient at scrolling this particular page. Paging down one page takes approx 2 seconds on an 800mhz p3...hardly acceptable performance.
i can see the problem with win2k build 20011023.. The Problem is the background Image: http://www.mindsat.com/gif/bg3.gif The Gif image size is 1x9000 pixel !! -> a nice new bug for Pavlov: Imagelib

I see this behavior on Win XP build 2001110209

wfm on Linux with build 2001112006 whereas it's slow on Win2k. Perhaps related to fix for bug 98252 where it's only fixed on Linux.
