1. Go to URL http://www.bpei.med.miami.edu/patient/lasik_center.asp
2. CPU utilization goes to 100% for nearly 5 seconds
Actual Results: CPU utilization goes to 100% for nearly 5 seconds
Expected Results: Page should render under a second. It is a very simple page.

Rendering takes round five seconds for me too. And I've got my own
1 Mb/s connection and a real hot machine.
I bet the cause is this:
<body BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF" BACKGROUND="http://www.bpei.med.miami.edu/white.jpg" ...
The size of "white.jpg" 1 X 20,000 pixels. Yes: Twenty thousand!
