The user is unable to click on specific apps to open the page displayed on page 15-16 on the design specs sheet: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8473881

Repro Steps:
1: Update a Flame to 20140905000202
2: Open Usage
3: Tap on a specific app that has usage displayed

Actual:
A new page is not opened

Expected:
The Application Usage page opens (see attachment ApplicationUsagePage.png)

This issue DOES repro on Flame 2.2, Open C 2.2, Flame 2.1(512mb), and Open C 2.1

Actual Result: The Application Usage Page does not load when tapping on apps in Usage

The app-specific page will not land for 2.1, as the upstream patch for controlling the mobile connection per-app has not landed (Bug 786419)

Removing blocking bug from user story since that was cut from the 2.1 release.
